Collaboration. The problem only comes back when I plug in the XG firewall back. if I take any other router like a TP link router and do the configurations everything works well and everyone is able to receive mails even outside the LAN on both their phones and laptops. my Public IP hasn't change as I my mail server is still receiving mails and all the clients work well when inside the LAN. Perhaps your Exchange server had a reboot, at which point the local Windows firewall turned on? Perhaps the Exchange server had an IP change, so the Sophos XG is directing inbound traffic to the wrong place? Perhaps someone changed the XG and either updated a rule or a host alias?
